The story

Sabar grew along the edges of homes, gardens, and village paths. Planted closely together, it became a living wall — a guardian marking the boundaries of the land and protecting what grew within. It needed little, endured much, and returned each season with new fruit. Long after many homes disappeared, the sabar remained, still standing where families once lived. Sabar is a piece about the guardian that stayed — a living wall that remembers the land it once protected.
