The story

Roots are the part of the tree we rarely see, yet everything above the ground depends on them. They travel quietly beneath the surface, holding the tree to its place while feeding every new branch. People carry roots too — through names, stories, recipes, songs, and memories passed from one generation to another. Distance can change where we live, but not where those roots began. Roots is a piece about the invisible things that keep us connected to where we come from.
